For our various clients from Italy, in several of their private medical institutions, we are looking for professionally trained and motivated nurses. These structures, based in the regions of central and northern Italy, mainly deal with the extended elderly care.There is a possibility of progress and improvement depending on the experience and development of the candidate.We especially note that this is NOT about employment in COVID hospitals and centers.

The central and northern part of Italy includes regions with a rich history and culture, many museums, art galleries, squares, villas, churches and elegant Renaissance buildings, which can be the perfect place to live and work. There are a lot of additional benefits for relocation.

Job description:

Nurses in the institutions for extended elderly care have a central, responsible and autonomous role, so it is necessary for the nurses to have strong organizational and technical skills.

Duties:

• Division of therapy prescribed by a doctor (parenteral and oral)
• Blood sampling and sampling for laboratory analysis
• Additional diagnostics (ECG, taking patients for X-rays and other necessary additional diagnostics)
• Organization, monitoring and control of nurses' work (hygiene, changing, turning and feeding patients)
  * This part of the job is not performed technically by a nurse, but it is in her competence and responsibility to be performed according to all standards
• Constant monitoring of the patient's condition and according to their individual needs, team organization, in order to provide maximum healthcare (hiring a physiotherapist, psychologist, etc ...)

What are we looking for:

• Medical Nurses with a “Bachelor of Science in Nursing” degree
• Licensed to practice nursing in India - Registration Certificate from the Indian Council
• With minimum, medium or long working experience
• Immediately available
• Communicative and responsible nurses, who will build a long-term relationship of trust with their patients and colleagues
